Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 29, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gibson CDL Recruiting website and services. By submitting an application, contacting us, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Gibson CDL Recruiting assists CDL-A drivers with obtaining career opportunities in the trucking industry. We review each driver’s experience and goals, help them identify positions they are likely to qualify for, and support them through the application and orientation process. Our services are provided free of charge to drivers. We do not guarantee employment or any specific outcome — hiring decisions are made solely by the trucking company you apply with.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals who hold, or are pursuing, a valid CDL-A license and are legally eligible to work in the trucking industry in the United States. By using our services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally eligible to hold a commercial driving position.

Applying With a Trucking Company

When you decide to apply for a position, your application details will be provided to that trucking company, and you may be asked to complete the company’s own application. Each company’s hiring process may be subject to its own terms and privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

If you check the SMS consent box on our application form, you agree to receive text messages from Gibson CDL Recruiting about your application status, orientation scheduling, and related career opportunities, as described in our Privacy Policy below. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or of submitting an application.

Message frequency may vary, up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance, or call 813-692-9626. Wireless providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information on any application
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our website or communications systems

No Guarantee of Employment

Gibson CDL Recruiting does not employ drivers directly, and we make no guarantee of employment, wages, benefits, or specific job terms. Any offer of employment is made solely at the discretion of the hiring trucking company.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gibson CDL Recruiting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including any hiring decisions or actions taken by the trucking companies you apply with.
